This Joondalup commercial property was originality a small warehouse and with the help our team at Chris Brook Builder it was converted into a state if the art personal training gym focusing on strength, muscle development and rehabilitation.
During this project we demolished the existing office and toilet structures and installed a new purpose built office space along with 3 new bathroom spaces which suited the gym as their clients wanted full private bathrooms facilities .
Working with the client we assisted with lodging the change of purpose and plans with the council for approval and the program managed the build in conjunction with the client to reach their desired outcomes and open dates.
